TERMS
AND CONDITIONS

Rates: All rates quoted are subject to
change without prior notice.
2. Payment:

Fifty percent (50%) deposit required with confirmed
booking thirty (30) days before check in.

Full payment fifteen (15) days before check in or on
or before Airline/Hotel’s reservation option/validity
date.

Full payment for foreign booking is required thirty
(30) days before arrival.

Non-receipt
of full payment would mean automatic cancellation of
all bookings and arrangements.

Reinstatement
of the booking shall be subject to accommodation availability
and payment.

All other payment terms are subject to airline/hotel’s
payment policy.
3. Exchange Rate: Based on the Airline/Hotel’s
prevailing rate at the time of payment or otherwise.
4. Bank Charges: Sending/Receiving Bank
fees/Credit Card Charges are due to client. Kolobial Travel
& Tours Inc must receive the exact quoted amount.
5. Liabilities: Guest/s is subject to Airline/Hotel/Resort
check in/out, reservation/booking policy, facility rules,
restrictions and disclaimer.

Any
cancellations are subject to airline/hotel/resort
cancellation policy.

For cancellations made after being booked are subject
for 12% deduction from total amount for company expenses
PLUS an amount of hotel’s handling fee.

60% deposit or 100% of the total amount shall be forfeited
for NO SHOW upon arrival date.

Kolobial Travel has the right to change the above policies
when desired required.
7.
FORCE MAJEURE: Kolobial Travel shall not
be held liable for failure to carry out any contracted arrangements
which are caused by acts of God, labor dispute or conditions
beyond its control.

DISCLAIMER: Kolobial Travel shall not be
responsible for any and all claims, demands, suits, actions,
rights or causes whatever against Kolobial Travel, for any
and all damage, loss, injury, death, accident or liability,
actual or contingent, caused to the client or his/her property
arising out of or attributable to delays, action, inaction,
misconduct or negligence of such, airlines, hotel, resort,
and sea transport operator, and others engaged in carrying
out the tour services, including but not limited to delays
and alterations made in the program or changes in quoted
rates.
